Trim off the empty lace from the hairpiece

All Empty lace should be trimmed off before you wear the hairpiece

The extra 1/4" very thin clear poly coating is not made for the purpose to attach the hairpiece on your head; it's just for manufacturing and shipping.

You should trim off the empty lace right along the hairpiece hairline or you can leave about 1/16" - 1/8" empty lace on the perimeter

You can trim it by yourself with a very sharp scissor.
